What state has the best job opportunities and nice clean housing as well as better quality of living?

WHAT I MEAN IS A STATE THAT DOESNT HAVE ANY ONE JUST HANGING OUT AND NOT DOING NOTHING FOR THEMSELVES THATS EITHER WORKING OR GOING TO SCHOOL. ANOTHER WORDS A STATE THAT HAS JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF BACKGROUND OR PAST HISTORY. A STATE THAT HAS COST OF LIVING THATS INEXPENSIVE BUT YET WHEN YOU GO TO THE SUPERMARKET THAT YOU WONT HAVE TO SPEND MORE THAN $100.00 DOLLARS TO BUY A DECENT AMOUNT OF FOOD. A PLACE THAT HAS INDEPENDENT WOMEN AND A STATE THAT IS CLEAN AND PRICES ARE CHEAPER THAN NEW YORK CITY.
What state has the best job opportunities and nice clean housing as well as better quality of living?

Reply:I live in St. George Utah...................very nice place to live...retirement community with lots of recreation. University and plenty of jobs available. Very clean air and not discriminating to a new person. Lots of golf courses and man made lakes
