My freind has a record 4 shoplifting LOL! (weasel) from 2 years ago he now needs this clean so he can get a job. whats steps must he take ?
How do I clean my minor record so I can get a job?
Dont apply at a retail store, go for a factory job or a laborer. 4 times is a lot, god luck with that.
Reply:You can't get this cleared off until he becomes emancipated, or declared a legal adult. He would have to go to the courts to do this.
Or he would just have to wait until he legally becomes an adult by age for his minor record to be erased.
Reply:Tell him to go back to court were he was senteced and request a Certificate of Relief from Civil Disabilities. Is a certificated that if granted by the sentencing judge will help him obtain a job without letting his previous criminal record be an issue
Reply:don't think you can do anything about it, just have them go see a lawyer
