I purchased the Eureka bagless Capture a year ago when i got new carpeting placed and i love it.. comes in green,red or yellow colors.. has duster accessory and has extra wide track which really does get the edges of walls, etc. i love it.. works great! good price too.. i bought mine at walmart.

Reply:Dysons are heavy!I bought a really good,light samsung hoover about a month ago from argos-works really well has all the tools it is quiet and very light!
Reply:I would suggest choosing one where the tools are not attached to the unit otherwise you are constantly carrying loads of extra weight even when you don't need to - better to have the tools separate and attach only when needed. Definitely not a Dyson they are a ton weight and I have one of their lightweight models .....phew!

Reply:Dyson Hands down ! I ran a test once. I completely vaccumed a room using a Hoover, then I did another pass over it with the Dyson, it is amazing how much more the Dyson picked up that the Hoover left in the carpet.





Dyson is expensive, but it is light, quiet and powerful, best choice without doubt !

Reply:I would go to your local vacuum repair shop. They usually have vaccuums (used) for sale. You can plug them in there and see which one you like prior to going out and buying the same model new. You might even decide you wanna save some dough and buy a used one there.
