What is the job title of the people that clean hospitals?
They are considered to be part of housekeeping service, and would then be janitors, or housekeeping staff.

The term orderly would be incorrect, as it might denote the older use of a general ward worker who assisted in patient care, as well as housekeeping duties. Of course, originally, the nursing staff cleaned the nursing units, and nursing students were commonly used as housekeeping staff in hospitals.
