What do you think they will have me do? Does this mean to mop a floor?

look at your refrigerator and the seal around it....and what you would use to clean it. sanitation is the key to a successful kitchen at home or restaurant..

Think detail work. Think grout. Think corners. Think scraping, scrubbing, rubbing.





Get yourself plenty of Scotch-Brite pads. Maybe a bottle of Goo-Gone.





It's not fun, but somebody has to do it.

Reply:Two of my most dreaded jobs pop to mind. Cleaning fryers (if they have them) and cleaning vent hoods. This all involves degreaser and a ton of elbow grease. Be prepared to get messy and tired.
Reply:Be sure to use gloves and have a well ventilated area. You will be scraping, scrubbing and cleaning the ovens, fridges, etc.
