she took the cleaning job off me for her grand daughter who gets 3 times what i got and never turns up. boss also treats me badly i feel like a leper

We all go thru this at some time. You must get paid decently or you would have quit. Hang on. THings may get better. Granddaughter will get fired soon. /
Reply:Why don't you start your own cleaning business? You can start while you're still working for the crummy boss...and learn about her business!

I'm going to assume it means you're asking what should you do..


So my answer is: Quit your job and find another job where you are in a positive woenvironmentent and everyone is treated equally.


If your boss abuses you either verbally or physically then you have the right to report it...yet I'm not so sure where or how you can report it.
