MY JOBS CONSIST OF CLEANING OFFICES,COMMERICAL CLEANING IN THE CLEVELAND AREA.BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. I HAVE FOUR PEOPLE. LEARNING MORE EACH DAY.I HAVE PASSED OUT FLYERS AND EVEN HAD INTERVIEWS WITH PEOPLE,BUT MY BIDS ARE TO HIGH OR EITHER THEY HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER TAKE OVER THE POSITION.REALLY WOULD LIKE TO WORK IN THE INNER CITY.DO HAVE FOUR SUB-CONTRACTOR THAT I HAVE ON MY STAFF.WOULD LOVE TO GET ONE GOOD CONTRACT GOING.WILL CONTINUE TO PROMOTE MY BUSINESS WITH FLYERS BUSINESS CARDS. I DIDN'T KNOW THE BUSINESS WAS SO HARD TO GET INTO.IF YOU COULD GIVE ME SOME HINTS ON WHAT I AM DOING WRONG I THANK YOU SO MUCH DO HAVE ALL MY MATERIALS FOR MY BUISNESS LOVE TO BE ABLE TO SERVICE LAWYERS,DOCTORS OFFICE,SMALL BUSINESS,STORES,EVEN A LARGE COMPANY THAT NEEDS CLEANING SERVICES,MY COMPANY DOES FLOORS,CARPET,WINDOWS,EMPTY TRASH CLEAN KITCHEN AREA,BATHROOM,DUST. When you approach a potential client, do not concentrate on price, let quality be your main concern.


Take a good look at the job that is being performed by the current server and seek ways to improve or offer more services.


You do not want a client that is satisfied only by price. If so you will be replaced by the next bidder who has a lower price.








Example - Let us say that you have an office contract that only consists of vacuuming, trash disposal and restroom cleaning. You might suggest that the amount of dust on the blinds might be responsible for allergies and consequent sick days for some employees. Lot for spot removal opportunities on the carpets.


Sometimes the extra job you are trying to get is right where you already perform your services.

Others cloak solicitations by answering questions about their business, and offer a solution with a possible chance at a referral. Try not to be so obvious in the future here. Good luck.
