U could get a job in the City but I think its not possible to get a job for sweeping Medina coz people who go to Gulf countries must have a Valid Visa issued by the Govt. to the Sheikhs Stating that He is going to hire a person from XYZ Country for some employement, Now who will make a requirement and issue the Visa for u to come to medina for sweeping coz every visa and employement agreement have some payable for that who will provide u the Salary.
And the one Lucky person who is doing or engaged in that work will never want to loose such a job
I want a job in madinah mosque (haram) for cleaning?
Why don't aim high and be toilet cleaner in your country.
